NextSys Services
NextSys provides and operates integrated IPTV Hospitality systems and facilities ("Services"), which can serve IPTV Hospitality including but not limited to: Hotels, TO DO (Apartments, Resorts, Villas, Hospitals, Restaurants, Transportation and others. others), ("Products") which allow you to watch TV channels, see the weather, offer promos and events, as well as make orders and purchases and at the same time make payments securely through various available payment systems and facilities.
Our Services may generally be available online twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week; except in the case of repairs, improvements or maintenance on our application or website.
Products are provided, supplied and operated by third parties ("Providing Partners") who have entered into collaborations and ties, either directly or indirectly, with NextSys. You understand and acknowledge that

All information contained in the Confirmation Letter is only for the name listed on the Confirmation Letter. You are fully responsible for any information that is spread due to your negligence and/or intention, causing losses to you or other third parties.
Ordering or Purchasing Product
Ordering/purchasing Products is considered successful or complete after you have made payment in full and NextSys issues and sends you a letter of confirmation of your order/purchase ("Confirmation Letter"). If a dispute or problem occurs, the data contained in NextSys will be the main reference and is considered valid.
By completing your order/purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to receive emails that we will send shortly before the service date you ordered.
